IOM Iraq Livelihoods: Ni’aam's story
More than 3 million Iraqis have been displaced as a result of recent conflict. After losing access to income, many require training to regain their livelihoods. Ni'aam Shamo has been training as a tailor. She is one of the 450 displaced Iraqis whose livelihoods have been improved by IOM’s vocational training programme, funded by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
